2012 KBF Youth Mission Weekend

 

Kentucky Baptist Fellowship is excited to invite you and your youth group (grades six-twelve) to the 2012 KBF Youth Mission Weekend. KBF Youth Mission Weekend is a weekend retreat for youth to gather together for worship, fellowship, and a full day of mission work in a local Kentucky community. 

In 2012, we are serving Kentucky in two locations - an urban and a rural setting - to give you more options and schedule flexibility (host sites subject to change):

• March 9-11, Louisville, KY (Hosted by Broadway Baptist Church)
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED 

• March 23-25, Jackson & Booneville, KY (Hosted by Emmanuel Fellowship Baptist Church)
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JANUARY 15
$40 DEPOSIT PER PARTICIPANT DUE BY JANUARY 30

ALL GROUPS MUST BE REGISTERED BY FEBRUARY 15 

2012 KBF Youth Mission Weekend Schedule (subject to change)
FRIDAY
7:00 pm Registration, pizza dinner, fellowship
8:30 pm Welcome, Chaperone Meeting, Worship
10:00 pm Go to hotel
11:30 pm Lights out

SATURDAY
7:00 am Breakfast at hotel
8:30 am Gather with mission groups at host church
9:00 am Travel to mission sites
1:00 pm Lunch break (on mission site)
4:30 pm Return to host church, sort and clean supplies, church groups reunite
5:00 pm Break - clean up at hotel
6:30 pm Supper at host church
7:30 pm Worship
8:45 pm Break
9:00 pm Party
10:30 pm Return to hotels
11:30 pm Lights out

SUNDAY
7:00 am  Breakfast at hotel
8:00 am Closing worship service at host church
9:00 am Dismissal, load vehicles and return home
