Dr. John Lepper celebrated his twelfth anniversary as Coordinator for the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship on June 1, 2010. He is the first full-time employee of Kentucky Baptist Fellowship. His responsibilities include bringing together the diverse parts of the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship to accomplish our mission, “to equip and empower Kentucky Baptist churches and Christians, cultivate partnerships, and engage in missions.”
As coordinator, John Lepper is involved in organizing, facilitating and coordinating Kentucky Baptist Fellowship ministries with volunteer leadership. A significant amount of his time is spent in direct ministry with churches. Most Sundays, he is in churches, preaching, teaching and serving congregations. He leads conferences, retreats, workshops and provides consultation to church committees and leaders. Dr. Lepper grew up in Florida and has lived most of his adult life in Kentucky. He was Director of the Family Ministry Department of the Kentucky Baptist Convention for 12 years and served as a pastor for 15 years. He has been an interim pastor on about 20 different occasions. He has written two books as well as chapters in several other books. He has also written over one hundred articles.
Dr. Lepper is a graduate of Carson Newman College and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
He and his wife, Connie, live in Crestwood, Kentucky. They have two grown daughters and three granddaughters.

Joshua joined Kentucky Baptist Fellowship on April 25, 2008. He coordinates mission efforts on a statewide basis with a focus on Mountain Hope, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Rural Poverty Initiative in Eastern Kentucky, as well as coordinating KBF's global partnership with the Protestant Church in Morocco (EEAM).
Much of the work Josh does through the Fellowship is networking and relating with people across the state who share a sense of purpose and passion for ministering for those among our towns, our counties, our state, our nation, and our world who are struggling to survive. Josh is able to come to your church to help with planning a mission trip, educate about mission involvement in your community, discuss Asset Based Community Development, talk about KBF's role with Mountain Hope, as well as many other mission opportunities in Kentucky and beyond. Joshua comes to the Fellowship from Virginia where he served at North Riverside Baptist Church as Associate Pastor since 2005. In addition to his role as Associate Pastor, he also served this church as Interim Pastor for nine months. Prior to Virginia, Joshua served on the staff of Seventh & James Baptist Church in Waco, Texas while completing his M.Div at Truett Seminary. He also spent two summers with Passport, Inc., one summer as Bible Study Leader and another summer as Missions Project Coordinator, as well as a summer with the Georgetown College Summer Missions Team. Additionally, Joshua writes curriculum for Smyth & Helwy's Formations and Uniform Series.
Joshua is a graduate of Georgetown College and Truett Theological Seminary. He makes his home in Louisville with his wife Becky Caswell-Speight, their daughters Ainsley and Evelyn Bailey, and dog CJ.

We welcome Shannan Posey to Kentucky Baptist Fellowship as our newest employee. She began her employment as Adminsitrative Assistant on June 28, 2010. She is a graduate of the Institute of Interior Design with an Associate of Arts Degree. Prior to coming to Kentucky Baptist Fellowship she worked at SHPS for three years as a Clinical Administration Support Specialist. Shannan, her husband Michael and their daughters Randi and Callie are members of Parkland Baptist Church in Louisville.

Kristin Belcher is a native of Danville, Kentucky. She has a Bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, a Masters of Science in Social Work from the Kent School at the University of Louisville, and plans to graduate from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in May 2012. Through her involvement with Extreme Build, Kaleidoscope, and the annual Spring Gathering, Kristin has enjoyed getting to know the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship and is looking forward to working with the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship throughout the spring semester. She will assist with the Youth Mission Weekends in March, planning for Spring Gathering in April, and assist with plans for Extreme Build in June.
