2010-2011 KBF Fall Missions Offering

2010-2011 Theme: “BUILD UP HOPE”

Kentucky Baptist Fellowship's Fall Mission Offering is about hope.  Your support of this offering enables KBF to build up hope for people; people who know better than you or me about the harsh realitites of life, the daily injustices of poverty and social disparities that can extinguish the spirit of hope.  God has called each one of us to share the hope we know - the hope that comes in the form of God's people working together to change the reality of poverty in our community, to change the reality of social injustices done in the name of race, religion or class.  We build up hope in the name of Christ because we are reminded that in building hope together, no one will be left out, no one will be left behind (1 Thess. 5:11).

Your offering of financial gifts allows KBF to continue to "Build Up Hope" across Kentucky and beyond; specifically in McCreary County, Kentucky, the Eglise Evangelique au Maroc Partnership in Morocco, and in Nada and Owsley County, Kentucky.

October is KBF's target month for receiving the Fall Missions Offering, with Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010 being the target date.  Let us not grow weary in our cause.  We have already build up hop in the name of Christ for so many in Kentucky and our world.  Together, we can continue to build up hope through our shared love and commitment to Jesus Christ.
